Rob was a friend who I knew would always be on my side. As you can see from the photos on this webpage, Rob tried to give the impression that he was grumpy, but, actually, he was full of fun. He loved making people laugh. Rob loved good food, live music and long walks. He hated Robinson's beer and boiled eggs. He was devoted to his work and his family. He has left a gap that will never be filled.
