I’m sorry to hear about Robert and for you and your colleagues that knew him well. I realise at the end of the day that I am what you might just call a client/customer/case, however Robert came over personable whilst also being professional over the phone, having a good manner and way about him and I felt very “looked after” which is a credit to him.
